Easy Clickbank (with ebook covers):

This plugin creates a banner to display ClickBank keyword-sensitive ads (in any format) with ebook covers on your Wordpress blog. Samples: sample 1, sample 2, sample 3, sample 4

Installation (See this "How to install Easy Clickbank" video)

Download the ZIPped plugin files
Go to your WP admin page to `Plugins` => `Add New`. Click to `Upload` link, select ZIPped files and install plugin.
Click to `Activate plugin` link.

Configure plugin for Widget (sidebar) area:

Go to the `Appearance -> Widgets` SubPanel to add the "Easy Clickbank" to your sidebar and configure it.
Fill out the fields, or leave them as the defaults (you will want to fill in your ClickBank ID!)
Click `Save` then "Save Changes" and view your site
